    BSU Teacher Final Registration

    This form is for your official registration to give us a FINAL count of participants, arrival & departure times, and submit your preferred classes and activities. NOTE: PLEASE ENCOURAGE ALL STUDENTS TO BRING A WATER BOTTLE. Cold water will be available all day via "Water Monster" dispenser. A taco lunch from Taco Deli is also provided at a reduced price of $5. Free lunch for those that don't pay.  TeacheEvery attendee also receives a free BSU t-shirt!

    BSU School Day is from 9 am - 3:30 pm.  We do have a special book signing event planned from 5:30 - 7 pm (see schedule tab) that you are also welcome to attend.

    Please complete your permission slips, etc., before giving us the final count. A large change in numbers affects the entire schedule. It is important to have this registration filled out accurately by Friday, October 11th , to ensure the organized scheduling of activities. If you do have an unforeseeable change in numbers after the 11th,  please let us know asap.

    We will email each school their personal schedule as soon as possible.

    SOS asks for a 20 to 1 student to chaperone ratio. We will  provide our trained guides to assist your school in navigating the event.  Please provide an accurate as possible student participant count and be sure to indicate how many guides you will need. Thank you!
    Transportation
    BSU is from 9:15AM-3PM. We ask that students arrive between 9:00-9:45AM to see the keynote speaker.  We realize some schools will need to leave early and we will take that into consideration in helping you get an optimal experience in the time you are there. Details about parking will be provided in a follow up email and there is a map on Directions & Parking page. 
    Presentation and Activity Preference Sheet
    Every student attending the full BSU Day will have at least 1 Keynote Speaker, 1 Learning Session, 1 Hands-on Activity, Lunch with concert, and a designated Swim / Community Fair time. Please read over Hands on Activity Schedule and Presentation Schedule and indicate your preferences below. Presenter bios are here. Keep in mind that everyone will not get their first choice and preferences will be given on a first come first serve basis and according to the amount of time the school will be on site.
