Pre-Registration is closed.  This form is for schools that have already pre-registered.  

    BSU Teacher Final Registration

    This form is for your final registration to give us a final count of participants, pick your preferred classes and activities, let us know how many lunches you will need, and tell us your transportation needs if you have any. We can provide help with transportation if needed. Please get your permission slips etc. done before giving us the final count.  A large change in numbers affects the entire schedule.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, September 19th!

    Participant Information
    SOS asks for a 20 to 1 student to chaperone ratio. We will  provide our trained guides to assist your school in navigating the event.  Please be sure to indicate how many guides you will need.  Please be as accurate as possible on your participant number. 
    Lunch Information
    SOS provides a $5 discounted lunch to all participants and lunch will be provided to all students who qualify for free lunch. You can collect the money from your students and bring to the event to the SOS tent.  There will be no count needed.  Please be sure your students bring their own water bottle. We will have on site the “Monster Water” dispenser to fill them as needed.
    Transportation
    BSU is from 9:30AM-3PM. We ask that students arrive between 8:30-9:00AM to see the keynote speaker.  We realize some schools will need to leave early and we will take that into consideration in helping you get an optimal experience in the time you are there. 
    Presentation and Activity Preference Sheet
    Every student will attend 1 Keynote Speaker, 1 Learning Session, 1 Hands on Activity and a designated Swim/ Community Fair time. Keep in mind that everyone will not get their first choice and preferences will be given on a first come first serve basis and according to the amount of time the school will be on site.
